DARTS RULES

1. A maximum of four (4) players may participate at any one dartboard at a time.

2. Players must take turns throwing darts in the correct order. Throwing out of turn is not permitted.

3. All darts must be always thrown from behind the designated throwing line (oche).

4. A minimum distance of one (1) metre must be maintained behind the thrower while darts are being thrown.

5. Each player may throw a maximum of three (3) darts per turn. Any additional throws will not be counted.

6. If a dart falls out of the board or bounces back, it does not count as a score and must not be re-thrown.

7. Darts must only be retrieved once all players have finished throwing and it is safe to do so.

8. Dartboards, stands, surrounds, and scoring equipment must not be touched, climbed on, or moved. Children must be always supervised. Failure to comply may result in personal injury and/or damage, for which the player or parent/guardian will be responsible.

9. Players must not stand in front of the dartboard at any time while darts are being thrown.

10. Darts must be thrown in a controlled and safe manner. Excessive force, misuse of darts, or throwing darts outside of play is strictly prohibited.

  • Subtract the total of each turn from your score
  • You must finish on a double (including bullseye)

Bust Rule:

  • If your score goes below 0 or you reach 1, the turn does not count
  • Your score resets to what it was before the turn

Winning:

  • The first player/team to reach exactly 0 wins 🎉

🎯 301

Objective:

Be the first to reduce your score from 301 to exactly 0

How to Play:

  • Each player/team starts at 301
  • Subtract the total of each turn from your score
  • You must finish on a double

Bust Rule:

  • Same as 501 — if you go below 0 or reach 1, your score resets for that turn

Winning:

  • First to finish on exactly 0 wins  🎉

🎯 Cricket

Objective:

Numbers Used:

20, 19, 18, 17, 16, 15, and Bullseye

How to Play:

  • Each number must be hit three times to be “closed”
    • Single = 1 mark
    • Double = 2 marks
    • Triple = 3 marks

  • Once a number is closed, extra hits score points unless your opponent has also closed it

Winning:

  • A player/team wins by:
    • Closing all numbers and
    • Having the highest score

🎯 Round the Clock

Objective:

Be the first player/team to hit every number on the board in order, from 1 to 20, and finish with the bullseye.

How to Play:

  • Players start at Number 1
  • Each player/team throws 3 darts per turn
  • You must hit the current number to move on to the next
  • Any section of the number counts (single, double, or triple)
  • Hits on other numbers do not count

Progressing:

  • You may advance one number per successful hit
  • Multiple hits of the same number in one turn do not skip numbers
  • Once you hit your number, continue aiming for the next on your next throw

Winning:

  • The first player/team to hit 1 through 20 and then the bullseye wins 🎉

Optional Wedding Twist:

  • Short game: 1–10 + bullseye
  • Team play: Partners alternate turns
  • Celebration rule: Winner chooses the next song or drink 🍹🎶
